Job Profile:

1. This is for Sales & Marketing Vertical for Different department according to the current experience and proficient knowledge.

2. It is for International location and the location will be discussed on interview.

Job Description :

3. Maintain current business & build new business within the assigned territory and customer categories. Lead customer development and contract negotiations as needed. Grow business by creating new opportunities and defending against competitive threats. Work with internal resources to further develop relationships with Regional Accounts, building competitive advantage with our customers through strategic use of new product development and innovation.

5. Business-to-business sales experience; strong general business capabilities, and analytical/technical skills

6. Strong self-initiative; ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervision

Primary Responsibilities:

7. Create, develop and execute account strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the territory. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts.

8. Develop long-term partnerships within the region that results in increased sales and margins growth.

9. Establish working relationship with account's Purchasing and R&D departments to improve long term business development.

10. Execute channel sales strategy to assure strategic alignment with the business- overarching strategic plan.

11. Work with technical, operations and product development personnel to assure alignment of sales strategy and product offerings with technical and operational capabilities.

12. (e.g., cross-functional team members/critical functional resources) to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer needs and drive profitable growth.

13. 4+ years successful experience in day-to-day management of medium to large, Fmcg Companies . Demonstrated experience in the industrial food ingredients market is a plus.

(Require full time MBA from Tier 1 Institute / Business Schools)
