B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales Business Leader: Go-to Market Head @SPRY Healthcare
We're looking for a highly accomplished business leader for the Go-to-Market Strategy, focused on the United States and India region.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global sales team to align product and market strategy with a GTM execution plan (US)
- Design GTM execution plan in US to drive business growth and accelerate demand in strategic verticals
- Shape a narrative, value prop and messaging for the GTM initiatives and supporting key solutions
- Develop strategies to drive new business and customer growth
- Nurture customer stories and best practices
- Monitor execution, share learnings and insights on performance for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Orchestrate GTM planning process in alignment with business unit priorities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of experience in the development and implementation of GTM plans, account-based marketing or B2B sales programs
- Experience in Technology and startup SaaS space
- An effective team player, who can collaborate across time-zones, working styles and communication preferences
- MBA is a plus
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Strong collaborator; influence and negotiation across multiple cross-org stakeholders
