Job description and requirement:-

- Visiting potential high net worth clients for residential business.

- Identifying potential customers, negotiating terms & deal closure

- To sell high end residential projects

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

- Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into personal Meetings.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Good communication skills and presentable candidate
