Great Opportunity for the Market Head - Business Development role to take care of the Top & Bottom Line Profitability, P&L Management, Strategic Planning & Execution, Sales & Marketing, Sales execution, Team Management.

Job Purpose :

To lead strategic initiatives at a national level through various channel partners. Head the channel sales vertical & develop a strategy to deliver & achieve the overall business across segments as per the AOP.

Short Job Description:

Market Head Sales - Mumbai

- To be the Think-Tank for the Site team by constantly developing new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the specific site.

- Focus heavily on Mumbai and the NRI's as the potent markets - Clear product definition.

- Create strong channel partnerships across geographies and focus heavily on loyalty as a source (leverage client base of Real estate Group at Mumbai

- To act as the critical link between various sourcing departments & closure managers, to develop sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period

- To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of the site team by intelligent sales force allocation

- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance - maintains accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done

- Conduct One-to-One feedback session with closing managers & sourcing managers for each walk-in at site

- Coordinate with marketing and sales strategy to conduct events at site for the target segment and policy evolution for smooth functioning of the site achieving timely targets

- Attend meetings, events and conferences relevant to the target segment for networking

- Reporting to management on response of the clients, viz. concerns, feedback, positive sentiments etc.

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification : MBA/PG (full time 2 years course) from Tier 1 B-school

Work Experience : 12- 15 years preferably in channel management roles

Special Requirements : Ability to manage a large team & drive business across various projects.

Key Competencies : Channel management, Set up of alternate channels, Distribution management

Candidates who are willing to work and handle the entire sales process with one of the biggest brand in Real Estate Domain and relish working with the top management & carry lot of ownership towards the work.

Also, Candidates from BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom and Automobile Industry will be preferred.
