Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Business Development Professional who has experience in B2B Sales in the IT industry or in the sales of Saas products to IT companies. 1. You will be focused on building our Customer base through various strategies. 2. You will be reporting directly to the founder of the organization to understand enterprise customer requirements and will be formulating strategies for addressing those requirements. 3. Creating the roadmap for effective new business relationships with potential customers and create a strategically sound process of managing the customer all the way from initial conversation to final contract execution. 4. New customer acquisition in relevant target segments and managing an effective and profitable pipeline by filtering and qualifying prospects. For the best possible fit, we are looking for someone who: - Minimum 8 yrs of IT sales experience - Has strong experience in Lead prospecting in the IT industry - Should have worked in a Startup environment. - Has experience in the full-cycle sales process, including demo-ing products and onboarding new users - Customer First, Ability to make positive impact on every interaction, able to understand customer needs and find a solution
