A fast growing startup based out of Bangalore is looking for exceptional Sales and Business Development Managers. The startup works with leading companies and institutions across India and abroad to provide them people engagement solutions through products and services. Existing clients include Nasscom, FlipKart, IIM Bangalore, BITS Pilani and many others.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to take on significant managerial responsibility right-away, and grow rapidly with a high growth and exciting startup. We are open to people from a variety of backgrounds, but hands-on experience in direct B2B sales is strongly desired (though we're willing to consider other exceptional candidates). Person must have exceptional communication skills, and an ability to manage execution tasks independently. This is a full-time, Bangalore based position.

Note that this is a challenging position in a fast-growing startup- those looking for a regular "big brand" corporate job may not be the right fit. We are looking for someone keen on solving real world management challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ability to delivery on aggressive sales targets

- Concept selling to middle/senior managers in white collar companies

- Managing client relationships, interacting with senior managers in client organizations

- Problem solving / Solution Design

- Partnering with other organizations for BD collaboration

- Strategy setting

- Presentations/Pitching and Marketing management
