Job Title: Sales & CRM Lead (Founders Office)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Sales & CRM Lead to work directly with the Founder and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, client relationships, and customer experience operations. This is a high-ownership role blending strategic sales, CRM leadership, operational coordination, and relationship management.
You will drive revenue, guide clients through the full decision-making journey, and ensure a world-class experience from onboarding to long-term retention. This position requires someone who is structured, relationship-driven, calm under pressure, and strong at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & CRM Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing CRM team that acts as the primary point of contact for all client queries.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with operations, facilities, finance, and tech teams.
- Develop and refine SOPs, workflows, and service standards across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage escalations requiring senior judgment and empathy.
- Track NPS, CSAT, ticket resolution times, and continuously improve service quality.
Sales & Relationship Management:
- Own the full sales cycle: first call site visit proposal negotiation closure onboarding.
- Drive enterprise/B2B sales while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Support the Founder in strategic sales, deal structuring, and enterprise partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong broker and channel partner network.
- Deliver a smooth client onboarding experience that reinforces trust and long-term engagement.
What You Bring:
- 3-7 years of experience in co-working, commercial real estate, or space-as-a-service industry roles.
- Proven experience in B2B/enterprise sales and customer relationship management.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities; comfortable in high-stakes client conversations.
- Ability to mentor and lead CRM team members.
- A process-driven mindset with experience building and improving workflows.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and the maturity to work closely with founders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling premium or enterprise clients.
- Prior exposure to founders office or high-growth startup environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
