Position: Sales Analytics Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for ensuring robust data capture and deliver effective analytics which will enable the management to take appropriate actions in a timely way
Sales IT:
- Responsible for Handheld solution (Applicator) and DMS (Distributor Management Software)
- Implementation and driving usage of the above
- Effective usage of SSMS (reporting tool)
- Implementation of Automated Replenishment system (ARS)
- Claims automation
- MIS
- Effective dashboards, especially on lead measures e.g. productivity, ECO, Attendance etc.
- Promotions/Offers- evaluation, both GT and MT
- Efficacy of Trade spends, manpower costs etc.
Replacements analysis :
- Geography wise performance analysis. Dashboards for every Supervisor and Seller
- Stock management
- Analyse CFA stock and Distributor stock and suggest corrective actions
- Implementation of Replenishment system for Primary Sales
