Context : - The role is about leading Insights and Knowledge domain and deliver to the organization and enable critical business & investment decisions & GTM agenda for the organization. - The expectations from the incumbent is to bring in Advanced Skills on BI Tools, Power BI, Advance Excel tools like VB, SQL, understanding FMCG Sales processes and systems, strong Sales Analytics background in terms of tools understanding and hands on experience, coordination skills with key stakeholders Job Purpose : - Be a part of Commercial Excellence team and lead developments with Business/IT & vendors The role today provides analytics for : - On 100% Business for all channels - 100% Go to Market - Over 3500 FF and 400 XSE Sales force Fundamentals and business - Sales Fundamentals like Productive Calls/TLS/HHT tracking/DMS usage for 800+ Distributors from GT/MT/ALC/CSD for over 500 Field Force and 3000 Sales representatives - Key Sales projects like Coverage, Assortment and Geotagging Analytics Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for Business Analytics required by Commercial Leadership - Generating business insights basis Business understanding and data - Strong ability to mine/collate, understand, analyze and prioritize business requirements truly enabling IT as a gateway to better sales efficiencies - Team Management - Leading/liaising with a team of resources involved in owning execution of sales IT systems in the region, MIS resources engaged on execution of business analytics - Develop connect with Sales Leadership in HO and regions to deliver key Sales KPIs - MBA/PGDM from premier B-school with At least 3 years of experience in FMCG leading sales-IT applications (delivery & support) in FMCG industry - Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, should be capable of understanding the audience and amend his/her communication style appropriately. - Candidate should bring thought leadership, proven team management experience and have great execution capabilities
