Greetings from RAD Resources. The upcoming 4 Star Hotel is looking for the Sales and Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue by promoting services, acquiring clients, and managing marketing campaigns
Experience: minimum 3-5yrs in Hotel Industry
Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
Key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to target different market segments (corporate, leisure, group events) including pricing strategies, promotions, and sales packages.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and public relations to promote the hotel brand and attract guests.
Market Analysis:
- Monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and adjusting sales and marketing strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Management:
- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals.
Revenue Management:
- Collaborating with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and inventory based on demand and market conditions.
Event Management:
- Managing the sales process for large events and conferences, including site inspections, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.
- Creativity and strategic planning abilities.
