Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B Sales & Partnerships Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting fleet operators, commercial property owners, charging networks, real estate developers, and municipalities to accelerate business.
Enterprise Deal Closing Identify, pitch, and close large-scale commercial deals with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Market Expansion & Go-To-Market Strategy Define and refine the B2B expansion plan, positioning company as the go-to partner for scalable EV infrastructure solutions in the U.S.
Strategic Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, city officials, energy partners, and EV ecosystem players to drive growth and advocacy.
Revenue & Growth Targets Own the sales funnel, P&L responsibility, and revenue growth, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
Government & Incentive Programs Identify and leverage federal and state EV infrastructure grants, incentives, and funding opportunities to maximize cpmpany's market penetration.
Collaboration & Team Leadership Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align BD efforts with overall company strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B sales & business development (preferably in EV charging, energy, real estate, or mobility tech).
- Proven track record of closing large commercial deals and scaling B2B partnerships in the EV, renewable energy, or tech space.
- Deep understanding of the EV charging industry, energy markets, and commercial real estate in the U.S.
- Strong network and ability to navigate fleet operators, municipalities, commercial landlords, and infrastructure partners.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, lead negotiations, and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; experience pitching to C level executives and decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, or incentive programs (DOE, DOT, NEVI, IRA) is a plus.
