Sales Acquisition Manager - Large Accounts - OEM (4-7 yrs)
Description:
Role:
1. Monthly target achievements in terms of no. of OEMs acquired and retained and delivering volume & revenue targets for assigned geography:
- This will require rate negotiations, customization of offering, managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis
- Coordinate with Plant Supply to punch order and ensure timely delivery
- Assist the customer with credit application and documentation
- Key account management for identified business critical accounts to ensure repeat purchase, higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross selling opportunities
2. Analyzing the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers
3. Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates
4. The role will eventually require the incumbent to hire, groom and train a team of BDMs to ensure business deliverables as per plan
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of total sales experience in a B2B ecosystem selling steel to large customers
- Experience in selling to OEMs, tier II and tier III vendors preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills, well organized individual with high achievement orientation, bias for action, self-drive and in
Language Skill: As per location
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in selling to OEMs, MBA from premiere institute, Experience in handling large accounts, Open to Hunting and Farming
