Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Work directly with the founders on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the team. 2. Manage the existing products and to have the ability to build new products from scratch. 3. Work as the binding force that keeps all the verticals intact and together (Solving very selective Business problems wherein your assistance is required.) 4. Establish business processes spending time on the ground to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scale up. 5. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Required candidate Profile: 1. Startup Experience (running/ non running) is an added advantage. 2. Logical and process oriented. 3. Like working in high accountability, high responsibility and highly charged. 4. Engineering/ MBA from Tier 1 institutions from India/ abroad eg IIT's/ NIT's/ BITs/ IIM's/ ISB with 0-3 years of experience. 5. Should be willing to stretch and be part of new initiatives/ projects around innovation and startups that the group plans in the near future. 6. An understanding of and passion for Internet Business and services. 7. Strong knowledge of keyword research, ASO & SEO, experience with tools like SEM Rush, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Firebase, App Annie, App Tweak, Hootsuite, Mail chimp or other Keyword tracking & social media tools.
