The Demand Generation Specialist plays a vital role in formulating and executing demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue for our IT Services offering across US and India markets. Collaborating closely with the sales team, this role ensures alignment of efforts to maximize revenue generation.


- Develop and implement result-oriented demand generation strategies for US and India campaigns, utilizing diverse channels like digital marketing, events, and public relations.

- Research and Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential target industries, sectors, and companies that could benefit from accessibility solutions. Understanding the specific needs and pain points of these potential customers is crucial.

Lead Identification: Using various methods such as online research, cold calling, email campaigns, attending conferences, and networking events to identify and collect contact information of potential leads.

Outreach and Prospecting: Engaging with potential clients through personalized communication to introduce accessibility solutions, highlighting the benefits they can gain from adopting these solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads.

Manage the end-to-end lead generation process, encompassing lead nurturing and qualification.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintaining records of lead generation activities, tracking progress, and providing regular reports on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices to enhance performance.


- Bachelor's/Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation, marketing, or a related domain.

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and revenue growth.

- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Experience with marketing automation tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Strong teamwork and self-management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
