Job Summary:

Looking for a Senior Recruiter to join a fun, dynamic, and passionate team dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience. The HR Generalist/Senior Recruiter will develop strategic recruiting plans and candidates through the recruiting process. This individual is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle and maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders while achieving team and individual hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

- Administer full life-cycle recruitment process to ensure that each business unit is staffed to meet organizational
needs.

- Assist in the resolution of labor-related matters, compensation administration, and succession planning and organizational development. Manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned business units.

- Perform job analysis, skills assessment and create job descriptions/postings.

- Process various employment actions (i. e., job postings, transfers, promotions, terminations, reinstatements, wage & salary changes, etc.) as necessary.

- Create weekly reports to track employment activity of business units.

- Provide support to internal teams including Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.

- Assist teams with Employee Incentive Programs.

- Respond to telephone and email inquiries related to Employment, Company Policies and Agreement.

- Create and maintain employment records.

- Experience working in a regulated industry or with product development
