We are looking for an energetic, curious, empathetic, and indophilic founding team member to lead Sales and Marketing activities. We aim to buildavalue-diffrentiated social commerce business and we are looking for a leader to make the organization grow. Responsibilities - Develop and lead all branding and marketing efforts, driving a strong brand, viral campaigns and steady reduction in customer acquisition costs - Conceptualise and manage execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns, based on buyer persona and lifecycle - Lead marketing strategy for paid user acquisition and conversion for all acquisition channels - Develop and manage BTL and ATL marketing campaigns, including focusing on offline campaigns and conversions - Lead PR and earned media efforts, including partnering with influencers and journalists - Devise and execute big ticket and pop-up events to build brand and acquire customers - Work with functional leaders across Operations, Tech and Supply to run a cohesive strategy Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree - Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience - Experience of creating and executing campaigns independently - Experience of having built or managed a team - Creative energy and desire to build a distinctive brand and voice
