Sair (www.sair.in) is a managed services platform for travellers, aggregating local experiences (food, wellness, adventure, shopping, transport) through an online marketplace, across tourist destinations in India. The CEO and CTO are alums of Harvard Business School, IIT Delhi, Bain & Company, the VC Omidyar Network, Amazon and Samsung. Sair was seeded at Harvard Business School and is Bangalore-based, with funds from prominent investors and the aspiration to revolutionise travel in India. The website and app will be launched in October. We are looking for an energetic, curious, empathetic, and indophilic founding team member to take on end to end ownership of operations and business development. Interested candidates must fill up the google form below - https://forms.gle/doRCxZySjmRgeMjD7 Responsibilities Recruit and manage teams for operations and business development across geographic zones which would:- - Rapidly onboard and manage high quality tourism service providers - Design and implement processes to standardize quality of offerings - Ensure flawless fulfillment for consumers - Create strategic plans and goals for the business development and sales functions - Lead end-to-end project management to generate revenue, manage channels, B2B partnerships, meet deadlines and deliver results - Work closely with other functional leaders (CEO, CTO, Head of Marketing) to build the product - Develop creative innovations to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from strong undergraduate college - Minimum 3-4 years of Sales and BD experience at startups, preferably in travel (MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, etc) or other aggregators (Oyo, Cult.fit, etc) - Experience of having built or managed a team
