Role: Investment Analyst - Venture Capital

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Deal sourcing and assessment of potential investment opportunities

- Conducting primary and secondary research on various industries and evaluating competitive landscape for prospective opportunities

- Preparing financial models, exit strategies and Investment Committee reports

- Contributing towards management of the portfolio companies post-investment

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Prior 2-3 years experience in consulting or research at a top tier firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, AT Kearney)

- Engineering or commerce graduate from a top tier college

- Experience in deal evaluation and financial modelling

- Strong research capabilities / thorough analytical abilities

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication

- Team player with the ability to work effectively in small groups
