Finance controller/Manager

- This role is with one of the portfolio company of SAIFpartners

- Finance controller/Manager - Qualified Chartered Accountants with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

The responsibilities include :

- Financial reporting: Uphold best in class financial reporting across entities in India.

Financial operations : Supervise and provide oversight to all finance operations across AP (Accounts payable), AR (Accounts receivable) and payroll. Streamline finance operations.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable tax and company laws.

Tax planning and advisory : Undertake efficient tax and advise management on tax-related matters.

Audits : Drive to closure all audit engagements - statutory, internal and tax audits

Policy and Practices : Design, implement, and update finance policies; benchmark and align finance operating procedures with industry

Risk management : Evaluate and manage financial risk.

- Handling of statutory, tax, transfer pricing audit & due diligence

- Budgeting and variance analysis & Monthly books closure and MIS

- Consolidation of financial statements under Indian GAAP.

- Fiscal compliance under various acts.

- GST and other Indirect taxes
