SahiLoans - Venture Capital Analyst (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Assist across all stages of deal execution from sourcing of new deals, preparation of investment memos and other due diligence, through to reporting existing successful exit opportunities to Limited Partners (LPs)
- Identify and evaluate potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies
- Use financial models and market research to assess the viability and growth potential of companies
- Work with portfolio companies to help drive their success and identify new investment opportunities
- Support the investment decisions of the firm through financial modeling and business development
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals
Minimum skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or business
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a venture capital firm, investment banking, private equity, or a startup
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- MBA from a top business school
- Experience in product management or startups
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and think creatively and strategically
