Sagacito Technologies - Business Analyst - Media Management

We have an exciting role as Business Analyst in our fast-growing startup Sagacito.

Sagacito is an AI driven Media Ad sales guidance platform with products and services in the area of Ad Sales productivity, revenue and margin maximization. Sagacito brings together strong media sales domain expertise, technology and data science prowess unparalleled in the industry. Our leadership and operating team have over 50+ years of cumulative media experience with India's leading media owners and data providers including BCCL, Star India, HT Media, ABP News, TAM Media Research, BARC etc.

Responsibilities -

- Managing multiple client engagement and interactions.

- Understanding, drafting and communicating client requirements to the product team.

- Gather an understanding of client business and data. Perform data analysis to generate insights and identify gaps.

- Communicate opportunities for improvement to client effectively and generate buy-in for initiatives/recommendations.

- Support product rolls out for the clients.

- Analyzing and performing industry analysis to determine opportunities for product expansion into similar industries.

- Perform market research for figuring out go to market opportunities for the product.

Experience and Skills :

- Experience Media industry domain; TV and Digital experience would be preferred

- Experience in data analysis as part of the corporate/ strategy

- Ability to handle large amounts of data and manipulate using tools such as SQL, advanced excel.

- Creating presentations with insights for senior management consumption.

- Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.

- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.

- Extremely strong people management skills

- A great team player with the ability to be hands-on and work autonomously also when required.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
