Sagacito Technologies - Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We have an exciting role as Business Analyst in our fast-growing startup - Sagacito- . Sagacito combines data science, mobile technologies, cloud computing and artificial intelligence to solve one of the toughest challenges in business, that of sales. We manage the entire sales process from CXO's to middle managers and ultimately to the frontline sales person. We combine computation and process flow through our suite of products to deliver measurable changes in profitability, market share and great sales execution. We will deliver all this through mobile-first technologies using a SaaS model.

Responsibilities:

- Managing multiple client engagement and interactions.

- Understanding, drafting and communicating client requirements to the product team.

- Gather understanding of client business and data. Perform data analysis to generate insights and identify gaps.

- Communicate opportunities for improvement to client effectively and generate buy-in for initiatives/ recommendations.

- Analyzing and performing industry analysis to determine opportunities for product expansion into similar industries.

- Perform market research for figuring out go to market opportunities for the product.

Experience and Skills:

- Experience in Media/FMCG. Additional experience in consulting would be preferred.

- Experience in data analysis as part of the corporate/ strategy

- Ability to handle large amounts of data and manipulate using tools such as SQL, advanced excel.

- Creating a presentation with insights for senior management consumption.

- Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements.

- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to lead and work autonomously.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
