About Safengage : Started by SP Jain Grads who have extensive experience in Product Mgmt, Technology and Marketing of B2B and B2C products and a combined experience of more than 30+ years. We have term sheet from a consortium of HNIs and are aggressively working to role out our first product to two large institutional customers. About Role /responsibilities / experience needed : hardcore technology professional with multiple successful java software projects under his belt. Deep knowledge of Enterprise and online software essential preferably from Payments-BFSI industry

- Looking for a Cofounder /CTO who can come onboard and give our software the best technical leadership possible

We are looking for a technology Manager who is hands on with guiding Full Stack developers /architects who take a key roles on our team

- Our CTO should have hands-on knowledge in all stages of s/w development and is someone who enjoys tech., is an aggressive developer and a sound techie. He is NOT from the clan whose aim in life is Not to just become a 'Manager'.... He enjoys building software..

- Expectation is she/he will code and guide engineers with solid coding guidelines and own the entire loop of HLD, LLD, Coding, testing, integration, staging and release

- The incumbent can understand the needs and requirements from all User & tech perspectives and is able to conceptualize and design solutions to the business problems posed

- He WILL Code & integrate ; and be responsible for tech deliverables

- A highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to deliver an outstanding product to the business team

Experience : 4-9 years of solid relevant experience in development teams at ecomm/enterprise s/w or fintech products

Degrees : Open / Engineering degree is must / Master's degree better

Preference : Technologists from Payment - BFSI industry. Important,PS this position is NOT for Product Managers, we are looking at solid techfolks who have risen through the trenches coding and designing software
