Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager, to join our rapidly growing team. Our&nbsp;institutional business has had a phenomenal growth record with 50% MoM&nbsp;growth since its launch in December 2020. We are looking for a great sales leader to lead and manage our growing scale. You will report to the Head of&nbsp;Institutional Business and will work towards building up the jeweler retail&nbsp;network for the company. You will devise develop and implement sales strategy&nbsp;for generating the sales turnover in&nbsp;the Southern regions of India. What Your Job will entail: - Develop, plan, implement and drive sales strategy to deliver quarterly business goals for the zone - Devise and implement processes to upgrade sales competency in zone - Acquire local market intelligence about the premiums/discounts. This will need you to visit the local and adjoining&nbsp;Jewelry & Bullion market and onboard the entities while growing revenues. - Ownership for complete sales revenue, costs and efficiency targets for sale of&nbsp;Bullion/ Gold &amp; Silver minted coins - Train and mentor ASMs across various cities - Build strategic relationships with jewelers in the market - Drive channel health metrics to ensure sustained exponential growth - Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions - Participates in strategic planning with corporate and communicate direction to the city teams - Lead a pool of high performing regional manager and city heads&nbsp; Key Requirements: - Graduate/Post graduate degree - Atleast 5-6- years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in the&nbsp;precious metal industry - Proven track record of achieving the targets within the prescribed&nbsp;deadlines. - Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. - Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be data driven - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Go getter attitude, high ownership with strong communication skills - Hunger &amp; hustle: open minded but persistent to find innovative ways of acquisition - Proven ability of leading and guiding an acquisition team to achieve targets Our Hiring Process: - Introductory Round (s) to understand a bit more about your experience - Final Interview Round
