Position:

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing etc.

Responsibilities:

- Execute the financial strategy of the company

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments

- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.

What we are looking for:

- Candidate should have completed Charted Accountancy

- 3+ years experience post Charted Accountancy.

- Experience in a Manufacturing unit or Experience of handling Finance of Manufacturing company will be preferred.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and SAP

- Exceptional communication skills

- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
