Description
- ASM is key position is sales team, ASM plays a key role in formulation and execution of sales strategy in the assigned territory.
Role and Responsibilities -
Retail Channel Development (80%)
- Maintaining relationship with channel partners (Modern trade and General trade)
- Finding new channel partners
Brand, Communications and Consumer Experiences (10%)
- Understanding nature and preferences of consumers, find ways to engage with consumers.
- Providing inputs for marketing campaigns and ensure implementations
Analytics (10%)
- Track flow of stocks across channels, locate bottlenecks and route planning
- Analyse store wise volumes; work out promotional strategies
- Maintain database, balance demand and supply
Desired Skills & Education:
- Master Degree
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good with numbers
- An effective communicator and a good storyteller
- Team player
