Analysis of performance &amp; making relevant reports. - Departmental &amp; Channel wise annual budget discussion, Preparation, finalization along with consolidation of budget for Domestic Division. (Top-Down, Bottom up Scenario), CAPEX Budget. - Preparation &amp; Analysis of major variances v/s previous Quarter &amp; Last year Same Quarter etc. Peer Company Analysis &amp; benchmarking of financial Performance. - Track monthly various Sales Channel performances &amp; Highlight the adverse profit making Customers/stores/EBO's on a monthly basis to Channel head &amp; Managements. - Brand Wise EBITDA/Range wise Sales, Gross Contribution &amp; Net Contribution: Provide Monthly Brand wise/Range wise Analysis to Marketing/Management for Better decision making. Highlight variances, Reason &amp; Trends for Gross contribution improvement. - Product Costing, Material accounting, Inventory valuation: - Preparation &amp; updating SKU wise Standard Contribution for manufactured &amp; trading items based on various predefined parameters. - New Product Costing &amp; Pricing decisions with marketing team and sourcing team for new developments and repeat orders. - Inventory analysis (slow-moving, ageing, obsolete, and cycle count) and cost analysis (standard vs. actual, change in MAP, direct overhead allocation analysis) Valuation of Seconds &amp; Rejected Material etc. - Conduct evaluations for cost reduction opportunities - Ad-Hoc Reports &amp; supplementary MIS reports: Years Outlook based on Revise estimates /Forecasts &amp; Impact working, MIS from Retailing &amp; Brand Owner's perspective. - Knowledge of COPA/BI preferable - Understanding of business and ability to understand the changing business needs and tailor internal reporting to suit the same. - CFO level dashboards /reporting templates.
