SAEL - Biomass Power Plant Unit Head

1. The position of Plant Head would carry following responsibilities :

a. Execution/Implementation/Operation of Biomass Power project/Unit.

b. Monitoring total activities of the Plant

c. Administration of the plant.

d. To ensure procurement, transport, storage of fuel in consistent way.

e. Liaison with various govt. and other authorities.

f. To operate plant as independent profit center.

g. To ensure optimum operation of the plant.

h. To ensure Safety and Security of the total plant.

i. To ensure achieving optimum output and rated efficiency.

2. The position reporting to COO

3. Educational qualification :

a. He should have at least passed degree course of BTech/BE (Mechanical) with consistently good academic record from IIT/NIT/Govt. institutions/Institute belonging to well-known group

b. BOE qualified

4. Age : He should be at least 40 years of age

5. Experience : 15 - 20 Years of execution/operating/managing a Thermal power plant of comparable magnitude and configuration.
