SAEL - Manager - Corporate Finance (5-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To support the strategic growth plans of the business by ensuring efficient sourcing and deployment of funds, developing and monitoring financial processes, systems and controls that facilitate the achievement of overall business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities :
- Raise funds for all initiatives - capacity expansion and key projects
- Relationship with banks & statutory bodies for smooth business operation and working capital requirements
- Liaising with Banks with respect to Reconciliation/renewal of loans, submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers./ Term loan for the group.
- Review of appraisal, approval/sanction, documentation, post disbursement compliances, unit Inspections.
- Ensure availability of required funds at lowest/most competitive interest cost
- Manage allocation of funds to various businesses / expansion initiatives
- Ensure management of working capital within defined limits for the purpose of conducting business.
- Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long term cash forecast.
- Responsible for credit rating of the companies
- Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Tracking of Interest Rate and the news affecting the interest rate market i.e. G sec yields, RBI policy etc. Trade Finance, Routine fund transfer, maintaining cordial relations.
- Financial reporting to management.
