- 15+ years of proven track record in Implementation and Maintenance of SAP ECC / S4 HANA and application development using third party enterprise tools.

- Experience in Leading the digital projects and Analytics for Throughput increase, Scrap reduction and OEE improvement.

- Leading a team of CS Engineers and SAP Consultants/teams will lead digital transformation.

- Lead multiple application developments to resolve business critical problems through SAP.

- SAP integration of Modules at Site and HO Level.

- Possess knowledge of multiple SAP modules which includes ABAP, MM, HR, SD, PP, PM, EHS and HCM.

- Architecting solutions based on the business requirement and provide best solution in lowest possible cost, on-time delivery, resulting in customer satisfaction.

- Partnering with the CXO level to achieve the organizational goal using right technology and applications.

- Exposure to IT Infrastructure management, Asset Management, Mobile telephony and IP Phones, Data and Cyber Security.

- Experience in requirement gathering, Integration, Reporting tools selection and implementation, Customer feedback, complaint, and monitoring.

- Handling dual responsibilities by leading Plant IT and Corporate responsibility of leading SAP S4 HANA modules i.e. PP and PM.

- Must have BE/BTech qualification in Computer Science.
