SAEL - Head - Engineering - BIOMASS Division

- Closely work with Customers to understand their requirements and offer unique solutions that competitor does not offer

- Estimation and financial analysis to identify best Techno-economical solutions

- Ability to learn quickly and develop & offer any new product/project under EPC

- Risk assessment and Risk mitigation plan.

- Establish design guidelines for new products

- Establish process flow for smooth co-ordination between inter disciplines (Process, Static, Rotary, Piping, Civil, Electrical and C&I)

- Controlling Engineering deliverables within schedule time and cost

- Generating and implementing innovative solutions to increase profitability by reducing time and cost

- Field engineering support

Product experience :

- Boilers (Stoker fired, AFBC, CFBC) for Biomass/coal, MSW, cement WHR, Coke over WHR, BFG, Oil & Gas, WHR for SIPs, Zinc, SAP etc.

- EPC projects (Bio mass, Co-generation, Captive, Waste to energy, Factories for Railways, Bulk material handling, Water/waste water treatment)

Education : BE /B.Tech Mechanical
