SAEL - Financial Modelling Role - Valuations/Equity & M&A - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- This role is for deal/investment team in a corporate house which has turnover of INR 4000 crs and asset base of $ 1 Billion.

- Candidate should be specialist in making financial models, financial analysis and valuations.

- Preparing investor pitchbooks

- Assisting in negotiations of terms sheets, definitive agreements, closing transactions with investors.

- The candidate will be participating in private equity fund raise, structured finance transactions, M&A transactions, issuance of listed bonds and listing of equity.

- Candidates only top tier MBA colleges or CAs should apply.

CTC- 20-40 lakhs plua deal bonuses
