Deal Lead - Equities/M&A/Structured Finance

- Its an opportunity to be part of three member deal team to raise equity, structured finance, M&A deals, build corporate strategy and assist in corporate development in growing renewable company.

- The candidate should be able to lead transactions, interact with marquee investors, pitch the story, lead due diligences, handle negotiations of term sheets, definitive agreements, financial modelling and iterations, making business plans and assist in corporate restructuring.

- The group is in renewable space with 500 Mw portfolio and in logistics space. The group wants to grow the renewable business from current 500 Mw capacity to 5000 Mw in next 5 years thru organic and inorganic growth. The group has 10 m sq feet of warehousing space which the deal team has to monetise.

- The deal team is currently trying to partner with a marquee infrastructure investor and preparing for $ 350 m international bond issuance. The deal team has responsibility of doing transactions of more than $ 700-800 m in next 4 years and than to achieve an overseas listing.

- The organisation currently has an asset base of $ 1 billion and turnover of $ 500 m. FY 23 EBITDA of group is INR 1000 Crs based on current portfolio.

- Candidates should be CAs or MBAs only from reputed Institutions and have experience of deal doing.
