1. Creating business opportunities in the RE Sector for commercial and industrial clients

2. Managing a team with focus on key accounts & generating new leads for the regional BD teams

3. Creating strategies for newer domains like Biomass Energy, Solar Energy, Energy Storage, Floating Solar and Hydrogen Energy Regular interaction with policy-makers and resolving regulatory issues

4. Providing commercial proposals and negotiating deals Monitoring timely fund flow from clients

5. Leading the business development efforts for the company

- Interacting with policy makers on upcoming policies, regulations and tenders

- Providing commercial proposals and negotiating deals

- Monitoring fund flows from subsidies and clients

- Creating channel network for finding potential customers

6. Developing strategies for venturing into the Solar Market, Biomass C&I Market encompassing

- Market research and competitor analysis

- Generating leads in commercial, industrial and government segment

- Preparation of detail project reports

- Creating business relation between customer and suppliers

7. Identify key issues of business importance in Renewable Energy through active interaction with major private sector players, government departments and NGO's

- Tracking technology and market trends worldwide & forecasting for the sector

- Conducting Surveys, Data Analysis & Report Making.

- Conducted major training programs on Renewable Energy.

- Policy recommendation/ papers, etc. to Govt. of India & Interaction with Industry Stakeholders

- Special area of work includes project conception, development, appraisal, branding and management

- Supervising and co-ordination with various agencies and mobilization of resources
