Chief Human Resources Officer


The Job :

- Strategic HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives;

- Design best in class HR policies enabling fast growth set up and deliver the overall HR strategy, and set-up structure & processes.

- Lead changes and transformation programmes in alignment with Business Strategies

- Creating high performance culture in alignment with the Business by implementing organisation design solutions.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Managing end to end HR projects

- Manpower planning based on business growth plan for all segments including blue collar employees

- Ensuring critical positions are manned by planning internal movement of employees

- Drive Learning and Development based on business and functional needs for supervisory and managerial cadre along with common programs run by Head Office

- Anchor Annual Performance Management System for white collar employees, led by Head Office

- Career Planning for supervisory and middle management, promote internal movement and ensure retention of key talent

- Plan blue collar employee annual appraisal and increase;

- Drive Business Vertical Level Employee Engagement Plan along with planning and implementing segment-wise engagement driver to ensure improvement in employee engagement score

- Drive Rewards and Recognition which are linked to productivity and process improvement e.g., Suggestion Scheme / Kaizen - HR and Admin Policy Deployment

- Supervise Employee Life Cycle, Payroll and Legal / Statutory Compliance,

Desired Profile :

1) Excellent Communication Skills (English and Tamil)

2) Build trust with the stakeholders and ability to influence CXO level stakeholders

3) Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

4) Hands on experience with Statutory Compliances.

5) Adequate experience of Payroll Process;

6) Experience of handling HR function of MNCs/Private Equity funds driven organization;

Educational :

Qualifications : MBA - HR

Relevant years of Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience post Qualification

Industry :
