- Work on financial models.

- Preparing investor pitchbooks

- Assisting in negotiations of terms sheets, definitive agreements, closing transactions with investors.

- Assistance in finalizing corporate strategy, financial analysis and market research.

- The candidate will be participating in private equity fund raise, structured finance transactions, M&A transactions, issuance of listed bonds and listing of equity.

- Candidate should possess good communications skills to be able to deal with global investors.
