About the Role : - The core of Sadhan is in the city team, led by a General Manager. - They do the magic that makes Sadhan a reality. As the leader of Sadhan in each city, the GM is responsible for the development and growth of the business in one of the major cities. The right person will be a highly skilled, bold leader who is entrepreneurial in nature and has the drive to take the city to its full-potential. We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do, enthusiastic about collaborating with a diverse group of colleagues, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the growth of their city. - This is a role for a strong well-rounded business leader, focusing on reaching new drivers, customers and extending the Sadhan optimization & Eco System. You will oversee the growth of driver and customer base as per market requirements and will be managing every part of their journey with Sadhan. You will continually focus on bringing Sadhan drivers to optimize vehicle & Eco System in your city while in parallel improving Sadhan value-proposition. You will explore new avenues of growth by innovating on multiple offerings for your drivers, partners & customers. - Given Sadhan remains a optimization & eco-system business, an equally critical part of your job would be partnering with your cities and its key stakeholders. - You will also be responsible for operational excellence and maintaining - Sadhan- quality throughout the driver, partners & customer experience. Internally, you will be supported by strong Operations, Marketing and other functional teams to help you leverage our past work-experience and expertise to help you achieve these results quickly and more efficiently. - We believe in solving local problems with local solutions, so understanding your market and delivering custom messages is important. What You will Do : - Manage the operations within your city / region collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams and aligning around the overall strategy & P&L - Lead a team of incredibly smart, passionate and diverse people - championing our culture and employee brand - Empower your teams to become part of the ecosystem in their cities - delivering on our mission and improving the ways cities work - Be the external face of Sadhan in your region - aligning with the Communications team on where and how to represent Sadhan at local events and with local PR; perform community advocacy through local organizations - in partnership with Comm Ops - Ensure local regulatory compliance. Work in partnership with Policy and Communications teams for effective management of local regulatory concerns and local politics, closely aligned with the Regional strategy - Connect with other City Leads to help scale other markets through developing and sharing best practices - Work in partnership with Business Development to identify and help support relevant and value creating strategic partnerships and alliances for your region that align with the regional BD and partnerships strategy - Continue to grow and build upon today to drive a sustainable business for tomorrow. What You will Need : - 10+ years of consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management experience - Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking - Creative solutions driven mindset - Relevant experience in consumer service marketing is helpful - Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen - Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance of a honey-badger - This is a role for a strong, analytical operator, focusing on driving operations and balancing supply and demand. You will collaborate closely with the Sadhan leadership to align around the overall strategy and innovate to extend the Sadhan presence in a relevant and thoughtful way. - You will be responsible for operational excellence and maintaining and continuously improving - Sadhan- quality and championing the needs of your market. - This role requires excellent collaboration across different functional and specialised teams, and will be a key part of the Sadhan leadership team. - We need leaders that are visionaries and can build, coach and inspire high performing teams to reach their potential.
