- Proactively engage with Business Leaders / Function Heads to identify and drive areas of strategic importance and priorities for the projects / programs being assigned, especially keeping in mind the broader purpose of the project / program.

- Working with various inter-departmental teams for project / program roll-out, coordinate planning and implementation of ongoing projects.

- Monitor the projects from initiation through delivery and interact with respective stakeholders, to drive projects as per plan.

- Identifying gaps, providing insights to teams and working on an escalation mechanism.

- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts by prioritizing actions, to ensure flawless overall implementation of projects.

- Anticipate and manage complex inter-dependencies between work streams

- Creation and Management of MIS Dashboard (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for ongoing/planned initiatives and projects / programs.
