A unique opportunity exists for an outstanding individual to contribute to the business planning and performance management for sales of Saburi products in India. Through a deep understanding of the country's channel, product and consumer landscapes, the Business Development Manager will execute initiatives to improve capabilities, performance and decision-making in support of our business growth objectives in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations.

- Ability to work within, and design processes that lead to the development of innovative and commercially driven sales plans.

- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers

- Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management team, operation & logistics teams, and the finance team.

- Speak authoritatively about our products and be able to articulate Saburi's strengths and differentiation, and actively look for potential opportunities or threats.

- Work closely with the human resource department to ensure appropriate selection and management of work personnel.

- Establish and manage close working relationship, jointly with Account Managers, with the channel partners at all levels, and ensure effective performance management, implement relevant consumer programs etc, and maximise sales of Saburi products to end-users.

Key Qualifications

- Master's Degree from a reputed Management college in India with a Specialisation in either Marketing or Operations.

- A minimum of 2 years- experience in Business Development or Sales in a related Industry or line of work.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills(both English and Hindi) and experience in presenting to senior level executives.

- Positive and pleasant disposition, good negotiation & presentation skills.

- Preferred Location : Kolkata

Expected CTC : 8 -15 Lakhs Per Annum (Depending on the Qualifications and Experience)
