SabPaisa - AVP - Marketing & Growth

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS

1. Hands-on leadership of the marketing team in creating, executing and managing digital, content and traditional marketing and branding campaigns for SabPaisa fintech products

2. Plan and participate in the launch of new SabPaisa products in the fintech domain and build and execute plans for rapid growth while involving multiple departments

3. Build on SabPaisa's existing marketing communications and product messaging that sets products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point

4. Obtain insights into untapped opportunities by analyzing SabPaisa's market and usage of current products and content and by iterating on buyer personas through sales data, customer interviews, competitor research, market research, interviews, surveys etc.

5. Hands-on leadership of the team in managing and optimizing SabPaisa's paid and organic online marketing channels including search, social, email, video and website

6. Hands-on leadership of the team in creating, optimizing and managing content for SabPaisa's website, blog, social networking accounts, case studies, and any and all places where content is required

7. Hands-on leadership of the team in creating, optimizing and managing sales enablement content and other sales collateral that facilitate the selling process of SabPaisa

8. Identify new trends in digital and traditional marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

9. Build strategic relationships and partner with relevant industry players, agencies and vendors

10. Hand on leadership of the team in identification, standardization and documentation of marketing tasks and workflows

11. Continuously work on identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of marketing tasks and workflows

12. Hire competent members in the marketing team who work well with others to achieve business goals
