You will manage the entire sales cycle - Hunting & Farming working very closely with the Founders 2. Industry Research: You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and also expansion opportunities from active accounts. Additionally, deep researching clients prior to reaching out to them, staying informed on industry trends, and on Flexiple's competitors 3. Client Rapport: Building a strong rapport with your client portfolio (Decision markers will primarily be founders/ tech leaders at young companies with small teams) 4. The role will give you the freedom to target new client accounts and expand existing ones through research, and creative outreach, thereby strengthening existing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities for engagements 5. Supporting Customer Success team in uncovering Client's deep-seated issues and solving them 6. Collaboration with Team Members: While acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients you will work collaboratively with our Customer Success, Community Management, Marketplace, Finance, and Legal teams to efficiently fulfill client needs. 7. Growth and Development: Our team has an aversion to complacency. We are always looking to improve both individually and as a team. Being open to and implementing feedback will be critical keys to success in this role and at Flexiple. As you become more comfortable in the role, you will help evolve our customer success tactics and overall business strategy. 8. Process Improvement: We are looking forward to having people with strong sense of ownership & entrepreneurial instincts - Who can calculatedly experiment to revamp the existing processes and procedures to yield mutually rewarding outcomes IDEAL CANDIDATE (Must Haves) : 1. 3 to 6 years of B2B Sales Experience 2. Experience selling into International Geographies (US Preferred) 3. Served SMB or Mid Market Clients 4. Exposed to Fast Paced Startups 5. Comfortable working in an IC role alongside Founders 6.
