SaaS Architect - IT

"Experience in providing, solution design for SaaS applications / products in Sales & Marketing domain. Experience in designing enterprise cross functional, integrated process including data design. Excellent exposure to and hands-on with IT resiliency, Security, data privacy, DevOps / Agile processes. Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem solving skills.

- Minimum of 6 years of SaaS product implementation experience, along with enterprise integration. Any certification preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, business audiences, and Executive senior management

4. Roles & Responsibilities .

- Strong relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage large matrix organization with many senior members

- Experience in Sales & Marketing domain with end-to-end implementation in the following areas:

- Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach using trending technologies

- Understanding of key SaaS and non-SaaS architectural concepts and how they influence design

- Sales & Marketing technology platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API / customization limits)

- Evaluation of 3rd party solutions fitting to the larger ecosystem.

- Sales / MarTech Certifications preferred - Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)

- Supervisory experience

- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
