Role : Senior Business Development Manager, Digital Product Engineering

Location : Mumbai/Pune/Bengaluru/New Delhi(Hybrid) - Multiple roles

What We're Looking For :

We are looking for an entrepreneurial senior business development manager who is a go-getter and focused on growth, while he/she pushes the boundaries & brings new ideas to the table. You will be responsible for deepening our unique position in Digital Product Engineering portfolio as part of the company's significant expansion across our Digital Transformation business. Your primary charter would be expanding market reach in India across industry verticals, through large strategic partnerships with Global Fortune 500 and Indian Enterprise clients across verticals including Technology, FMCG, Retail/e-commerce, Manufacturing, BFSI (MFIs, NBFCs, Banks etc).

Your key responsibilities for this role will be leading the business development efforts and process of identifying and developing strategic CxO relationships, assisting in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer initiatives. You shall collaborate and guide efforts of marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives which can drive revenue growth. Candidates for this position should have extensive experience with enterprise (B2B) sales, BD, client management and channel building in one or more of our key verticals outlined above.

Responsibilities :

- Establish executive relationships with new customers, build new opportunities to grow the business in assigned region across the Digital Product Engineering portfolio.

- Build proactive sales strategies and strong client relationships to achieve assigned business objectives and sales quotas.

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and realisation of revenue and key milestones as required.

- Prospect for potential customers using various avenues from networking to direct methods such as calling and in-person meetings, and indirect methods such as building strategic partnerships and business relationships.

- Qualify high probability prospects against company client acquisition criteria for ideal customers and sales.

- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge, Digital Consulting and market insights, value propositions, etc. to have meaningful conversations with decision-makers.

- Plan and deliver engaging corporate presentations to senior managers and decision makers to support new opportunity development.

Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in a direct Enterprise Sales role primarily within IT services, Digital Product Engineering, Technology Consulting or Data analytics companies across technology domains.

- Achievement and success-driven personality, exceeding annual sales goals through a passion for creating and winning new business opportunities, teamwork, strong collaboration and leadership.

- Proven track record of driving new business growth(new logos, partnerships, revenue, etc.) with consistently exceeding assigned sales revenue targets.

- Focus on excellence in Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including meticulous planning and preparation.

- Experience and confidence to present ideas, sales strategies and results to management across multiple countries.

- Ability to thrive in a Global diverse organization and translating Corporate goals to expand regional business growth.
