- EBITDA improvement

- Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes

- Global Business Services including Shared Service Centers, Outsourcing advisory

Job Role:

The Senior Manager will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance and specialist team to:

- Lead client engagements and oversee across work-streams

- Lead engagement conversations with CXOs of the client organization

- Develop solutions to the customer challenges and identify gaps and areas of improvement.

- 12 years' experience in industry or with a recognized consulting firm

- Professional designation and/or qualification is desired i.e. MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CGA.

- Experience in delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support

- Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource

- Planning (ERP) implementations preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- People mgmt.

Education:

- B.E./B.Tech/B. Com or CA or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
