Designation - Vice President, Sales - Capital Markets Qualification - MBA/PGDM from a premium institution Experience - Minimum 7+ years, Preferred B2B sales in the Capital Market Reporting To - Founder Salary Range - As per Industry Standards Responsibilities : - Lead generation, qualifying prospects, and pitching to prospective domestic and international clients - Creating a Sales Pipeline for the client categories - Pre-IPO Companies, Listed Companies, Buy-Side Institutions and Sell-Side Brokerages - Help create a strong digital ecosystem between client categories - Spearheading sales of Exchange Connect SAAS application - Responsible for cross selling of products with the existing clients. - Manage key Strategic Relationships with clients. - Help develop Strategic Alliances: Developing strategic partnerships with financial services and technology vendors to make joint offerings for the execution services business - Ad-hoc Research &amp; Analysis: Providing support to the senior management team in business development through extensive research, analysis, and financial modelling What must you bring? / Required skills: - Experience of Capital Market Industry or related industry is mandatory. - Excellent communication, client interaction and strategic relationship building skills. - Strong educational pedigree, strong co-curricular performance, and knowledge of capital markets in India are pre-requisites for this role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle huge teams, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time. - Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment - Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and convince others is required.
