ExchangeConnect has marquee clients across all categories on the platform We are looking for a Lead analyst - Investor Relations, who would consult companies on their Investor Relations programs. The analyst would also empower corporate clients with the platform's CRM and other robust analytical tools aided with a strong database that allow the users to get in-depth ownership analysis, investor targeting and other customised reports. Position - Lead Analyst - Investor Relations Experience &amp; Skill Sets Required: - Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework - Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls - Excellent understanding of various company announcements like Investor Presentations, Corporate Presentations, Annual report etc. - Conducting peer analysis - Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies - Extremely fluent in English with good presentation and communication skills - Desire for innovation and newer techniques in assigned roles - Strong desire for learning different facets of the capital markets functioning and particularly various aspects of Investor Relations. - Ability to deliver assigned work within deadlines Preferred Candidates: - MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance - 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations/Capital Markets - Technology savvy candidates - Mumbai candidates preferred What we offer: - Opportunity to undertake creative work and get commensurate rewards. - Exposure to global capital markets Our office is located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
