Qualification - MBA/PGDM Finance from a premium institution

Experience - Fresher/Internship experience in Investor Relations/Capital Markets or 0-2 years Buy-Side/Sell-Side Research

Reporting To - Associate - Investor Relations

Salary Range - As per Industry Standards

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Associate - Investor Relations, who would consult companies on sharpening their Investor Relations programs. For example, the role would involve that the analyst would advise clients on how to efficiently utilize the ExchangeConnect platform's robust analytical tools aided with in-depth ownership analysis, optimal investor targeting and other customised inputs. The incumbent would also critically evaluate the company disclosures to enhance them in order to make them more useful for the institutional investors by making the documents more effective, efficient and aesthetically pleasing.

This is a client-facing role, and the success in this role is dependent on:

- How much value you can add to the C-suite executives of a company,

- How you can provide holistic thinking backed with solid execution to the investment ecosystem,

- How good you are in understanding the investment thesis

- How effectively you communicate to Buy-side and Sell-side.

In short, if you can aim big and deliver better, you will do phenomenally well. But don't worry. The senior management backs each team member in all their endeavours, and we always win together as a team, never as an individual.

The Key Deliverables:

- Create presentations and documents to share with investors

- Set up meetings for discussions

- Work on understanding the company and disclosures like Presentations and Annual report

- Understanding the competitive landscape and conducting peer analysis for the company

- Speaking to fund manager and buy-side analysts and keeping sell-side up-to-date on the company

Preferred Experience & Skill Sets:

- MBA/PGDM with specialisation in Finance

- Fresher/internship experience in Investor Relations/Capital Markets or 0-2 years Buy-Side/Sell-Side experience

- Technology savvy candidates along with Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets

- Thorough understanding of key metrics for companies and a keen interest in business and investment fundamentals

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
