Job Title: Business Head - Regional office

Department: Sales Team

Location: Bangalore

Job Objective: To grow the business by enhancing sales and profitability of the Region by market penetration, new customer acquisition, effective investment management, cross selling and customer retention.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the region's business management and strategic development. Work closely with Rurash's Leadership team to support the development of Rurash's Corporate strategies, AUM growth strategies and help maximize company's long-term performance.

- Achieve monthly business and profitability targets of the region by enhancing targeted customer base, selling various investment products, in line with customer's investment goals. Be responsible for both individual as well as region's targets.

- Build solid relations with the key customers, directly support select UHNI clients on their investment management needs. Help the sales team in all clients' acquisition, onboarding, service and operations.

- Periodically conduct customer portfolio performance reviews and team performance reviews; Prepare and present business presentations as and when required by the CBO/CEO.

- Facilitate and assist in the recruitment of the investment sales, advisory and support services team.

- Build and enhance strong working relationships between various functions and teams.

- Develop an effective communication system with the team members to ensure they are motivated, developed and well supported.

- Regularly train and coach the team members on their product knowledge, selling skills and customer handling skills; share industry insights.

- Manage the lead bank generated through various marketing campaigns most effectively, maximizing conversions and minimising time lags.

- Actively lead all sales and marketing initiatives of the region.

- Ensure all client enquiries and concerns are resolved most speedily to ensure customer success and business excellence.

- Have an active oversight to ensure business complies with internal policies as well as external regulations. Work towards making the internal workflow processes more streamlined to ensure business related information well managed and transparent.

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:

JOB DESCRIPTION Rurash Financials Pvt. Ltd.

- Graduate or Post Graduate with 10-12 years of rich experience in the investment management segment.

- Deep knowledge and experience in Equity Sales will be preferred.

- Should have handled a team before.
