City Head

- Responsible for P&L and overall administration of the city.

- Define and implement the Company's operational and marketing strategy in the city.

- Coordination with Central office (Delhi) for

1. Risk management

2. Audit

3. Marketing

4. Data storage & safety.

- Immaculate execution for growth by recognising the demand area, understanding the TG and revenues for your city.

- Constant initiatives to build growth in demand from different channels.

- Strong bias for running high quality business that is known for exceptional customer service.

- Build and nurture talented and committed team(s) to drive the growth of your city business.

- Work closely with regulatory and law enforcement authorities to ensure smooth business operations.

- Ensure proper adoption of SOPs

- Set up satellite offices in neighboring towns and cities to increase Ruptok reach and penetration.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential new partners and affiliates.
