Also fintech start-up MNCs, especially those in the lending or debt management niche, need to protect themselves against the fraudulent clients &amp; defaulters. We are looking for expert data scientist who can organise, interpret data and draw inferences as action points for us which can be profitable for the company. Position Details : - Performing Credit portfolio and risk analysis, and recommending corrective actions. - Drive credit underwriting and risk polices for India business in line with group underwriting methodologies. - Monitor and assess the post-period implementation of risk management policies and rules. - Present ideas via reports and presentations, outline findings and make recommendations for improvements. - Creating Data Models using statistical analysis. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and strategic planning skills equipped in R, SPSS, Excel Data visualization. - Ability to use various Data Analytics techniques. - Proficient with Sql, Advance excel. - Analyze various portfolio segments to ascertain propensity of fraud, upsell/cross-sell, the impact of the change in underwriting parameters etc. - Liaise with members of international teams and external vendors for driving best practices in credit underwriting and risk management - Manage regulatory reporting for risk (NBFCs, as prescribed by RBI) - Ensure internal reporting HQ, Local, Management dashboards. - Participation in DWH development projects will be a plus Ability to explain complex issues and present technical information clearly can be a plus Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team.
